Partners of Hope House

It is only possible to serve women compassionately and effectively through the help of many agencies, organizations and individuals. The Hope House staff members are grateful for the close collaboration of the following organizations.

SDS

Sisters of the Divine Savior

Salvatorian Sisters in the USA serve as staff members for Hope House. The Province headquarters subsidizes many of the services offered to Hope House residents rescued throughout San Diego County.

For this reason donations are deeply appreciated, since they extend the quality of service SDS can offer.

As an international Congregation, the Sisters of the Divine Savior (Salvatorian Sisters) have made it a priority to collaborate with women religious and humanitarian organizations from around the world to address the abuse and sexual exploitation of women and children, especially the trafficking of women.

BSCC

Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition

The BSCC is an alliance of over 60 government and nonprofit agencies in the United States and Latin America that is convened in and along the U.S.-Mexico Border Region to combat slavery and human trafficking.

BSCC's purpose is to bilaterally prevent and intervene in the commercial and sexual exploitation of men, women and children while advocating for all exploited persons.

Through the collaborative efforts of coalition members, BSCC administers a variety of projects and services for victims, law enforcement, and the community.

Soroptimist

Soroptimists International

Soroptimist is an international organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. Almost 95,000 Soroptimists in about 120 countries and territories contribute time and financial support to community–based and international projects that benefit women and girls.

The name, Soroptimist, means "best for women," and that's what the organization strives to achieve. Soroptimists are women at their best, working to help other women to be their best.

Interfaith

Interfaith Community Services
'Helping People Help Themselves'

The Mission of Interfaith Community Services is:

  • to promote mutual understanding and respect among the member faiths;
  • to deal with issues which affect the religious community;
  • to share the members’ concern for these problems;
  • to voice these concerns when, by common consent, the members feel that moral leadership is needed; and
  • to implement programs for basic needs, social services, counseling, and economic development which will empower the disadvantaged in our community.

Interfaith offers programs throughout North San Diego County, from the coastal City of Oceanside to inland communities south and east of our Escondido headquarters. With more than 5,321 volunteers in direct service, more than 400 member faith centers, and 102 dedicated staff, Interfaith served 35,800 unique persons with a variety of services just last year. Its staff and volunteers reflect the cultural diversity of each community where Interfaith offers programs.

NSDCHTC

The North San Diego County Human Trafficking Collaborative is a diverse group of individuals and community organizations committed to eliminate human trafficking and modern day slavery.

The mission of the NSDCHTC is to raise awareness about human trafficking, provide a platform to share information, improve victim services, educate members and the public, and advocate for policy and legislation related to human trafficking.
